EASTER 2009

It all started with Ava and her "Easter" party at school. She made bunny ears and got lots of treats, as usual.

The Saturday before Easter, we had our annual Easter Egg Hunt/dinner at Steph and Larry's house. It was a little cold that day but we brought out the jackets and we were fine. The kids decorated easter eggs and cookies, we had a tug of war, and a potato sack race (Yin won, yay!) We usually do a huge easter egg hunt with lots of gifts and treats but this year we limited it to some candy and eggs. The kids still had just as much fun!









This was Jaxon's first Easter because he was born the week after Easter last year. We let him cheat a little and find some eggs before the bigger kids invaded! He had a lot of fun!








































































Easter Sunday we dressed up and headed off to church. Mom planned a big dinner and everyone came over to eat. Of course, she had it all decorated with fresh flowers, etc. Yin had a little photo shoot with Ava and Jaxon outside. Ava cracks me up. When she's in front of a camera, she strikes the craziest poses and just hams it up!
