The night of Koben's blessing, Ava was complaining about her arm. We thought she just bruised it but we took her to the doctor just in case. They ordered an x-ray and sure enough, it was broken! The kids were playing upstairs and apparently things got a little rough and she fell on it wrong. The doctor said it is a common fracture for little kids. Her doctor was Jedediah Jones. He was great! Every time we went to see him, Ava would get really shy. When we got in the car, I asked her why she is so shy around him and she said because she thinks he's cute! Her first crush! At least she has good taste...
